At Brixworth Dental Practice we always strive to try and offer you and your family the best service possible and it is for this reason that we would like to invite you to become a member of the Brixworth Dental Plan.
As an exclusive member you will join a specific plan tailored to your needs that will cover all your examination and routine hygiene visits. These will be covered by one simple monthly direct debit payment.
For any New Patient wishing to join our dental plan please be aware you must attend a New Patient Consultation and Hygiene Visit prior to joining. Should you join the plan in advance of attending, a fee for your initial New Patient Consultation and Hygiene visits will still apply.
You will receive an email confirming your acceptance and your dental records will be updated accordingly. There is a small £8 administration fee to join the plan and your membership will be effective upon receipt of your first monthly payment.
Please be aware the following treatments are exempt from discount as they are non routine care: emergency out of hours callouts, dental implants and associated procedures, orthodontic treatment and its associated procedures, periodontal treatments and its associated procedures and purely cosmetic treatments.
*Cancelling a membership plan within the 12 month period will result in additional charges being made at the private fees rate. To cancel an existing plan, please contact the practice.
